How up-to-date is the case law?
New opinions are ingested continuously. Our database is updated with new opinions several times per day.
Where does Midpage get its data?
We pull directly from authoritative sources like PACER, state court websites, and government publishers, then normalize, enrich with citator signals, and version every document.
Do you cover statutes and regulations too?
Yes. Midpage includes the United States Code, the Code of Federal Regulations, and the statutes and regulations of all 50 states, kept current with official sources. Currently, these materials are available on the Midpage standalone platform only, not via MCP.
How do I request removal of a case?
If you need a case removed from search results, please fill out the request form linked in the footer under "Request removal of a case" and our team will review it promptly.
How good is your coverage?
On case law, we have complete coverage for all federal courts, including unpublished opinions. For states, we have complete coverage for all appellate courts, and select trial courts (we are adding more every week).
We also have statutes, regulations, and constitutions across all federal and state jurisdictions. This includes agency guidance for many federal agencies.
